December 14, 2014 - WI License Renewal Due Date with the DSPS.
Wisconsin Real Estate Continuing Education
LARA's mission is to help members better serve their clients by offering a high standard of real estate learning. Every course offered through LARA is carefully designed by WRA to help students further their knowledge of the industry so they can offer their clients professional service and expertise that is second-to-none.
All Wisconsin real estate licenses expire on a biennial schedule and must be renewed by December 14 of the even-numbered years. License renewal requires 18 hours of continuing education (CE).
Starting September 9th, LARA will be offering real estate residential CE video classes on a regular basis through December, and these classes are approved and satisfy the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) CE requirement. Additionally, all of the video courses are approved for MN credit. Seating per course is 12 students so register early to get your preferred dates!
Mandatory 2013-2014 Courses:
Course 1 – Wisconsin Listings
Course 2 – Wisconsin Offers
Course 3 – Wisconsin New Developments
Course 4 – Contingencies in Wisconsin Approved Offer Forms
Additionally, Licensees must take two electives. LARA will be offering Elective A (Bank-owned (REO), Foreclosures, and Short Sale Transactions in Wisconsin) and Elective D (Agency Roles with Buyers in Wisconsin).
